MILE RELAY
The Mile Relay will be held in Dedham on Friday, July 25, 2025. Warm-ups will begin at 1:00 pm. This is a fun event and we encourage swimmers to participate.
General Information
To qualify for the Mile Relay, each swimmer must have swum in three meets by the date of the Mile Relay.
There will be two heats for the girls and two heats for the boys.
Each relay must have a minimum of three swimmers and a maximum of six swimmers.
Each relay will swim 66 laps or 1,650 yards.
Medals are awarded to each individual in the relay team finishing first, second, and third place. All other swimmers will receive a ribbon.Â
Spectators are welcome.
There is ample parking at the pool.
Dedham will host a Snack Bar.
